Laura Cathcart Robbins' STASH: MY LIFE IN HIDING is a propulsive and vivid memoir about how one woman abandoned herself for too many years and how she voluntarily built walls that separated her from everyone, most tragically from herself. With each flip of the page, Laura invites us on her journey to sobriety and self-love amidst addiction, privilege, racism, and self-sabotage. It’s a story worth sharing. There have been oodles of books about addiction, but they often tell the stories of privileged white women. In recovery, Laura couldn’t find a book that spoke to her own experience, so she wrote STASH. Laura also hosts the podcast, THE ONLY ONE IN THE ROOM.
